Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During peak times or restocks, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number if this occurs.

Local Delivery / Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup.
